About these terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of orionrental.ca, operated by Orion Rental Solutions Inc. of Office No. 537, 21 King Street West, 5th Floor, Hamilton, ON L8P 4W7. By using the website you agree to these terms. They cover the website only — every rental is governed by the written rental agreement you sign with us, which prevails over anything on this site.
Quotes are requests, not offers
Submitting a quote through the website (or by chat, phone or email) is a request for pricing — it is not a booking and does not create a contract. Equipment availability, pricing, delivery charges and rental terms are confirmed by our team before any rental is finalized. Machine specifications shown on the site are representative of the equipment class; the exact unit supplied may vary.
AI chat assistant
The Orion Assistant is an automated AI tool provided for convenience. It can make mistakes: always confirm specifications, availability, rental requirements and anything safety-related with our staff before relying on it. The assistant cannot quote prices or bind Orion to anything — only a written quote or agreement from our team can.
Equipment use, insurance & safety
Operating rented equipment safely — including operator training, certifications required by Ontario law, site conditions and utility locates — is the renter’s responsibility, as detailed in the rental agreement. Insurance and damage-waiver requirements are described on our FAQ page and confirmed with your quote.
Website content & intellectual property
Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice. The Orion Rental Solutions name, logo and site content belong to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orion is not liable for losses arising from use of the website or reliance on its content (including chat assistant output). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here limits or replaces the terms of a signed rental agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
